Family Health Clinics

If you do not qualify for Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), or the Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan (PCIP), we recommend using Federally-funded health centers for your family's preventive and primary care. Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) are community-based health clinics that provide comprehensive primary and preventive care, including health, dental, and mental health services to families and individuals, regardless of their ability to pay. FQHCs charge on a sliding-fee scale based on a patients' family size and family income. For a health center near you, click here.
